Early Bird Registration

Online Participation
Designed for participants unable to attend in person.
Includes:
Live streaming access to keynote lectures
Access to selected sessions
Participation in live Q&A (where applicable)
Access to recordings for a limited period after the conference

Online – Standard € 250 Available after October 31, 2026
Payment Plans
To facilitate accessibility, a payment plan option may be available for Full Conference registrations.
Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
Cancellations up to 28 days before the conference
Full refund minus an international administrative up to 30% fee (depending on the country, refunds will be processed within 30 working days.).
Registration may be transferred to another person at a 15% additional cost.
Cancellations within 28 days of the conference
No refund is possible.
Registration may be transferred to another person at a 20% additional cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the organizing committee.
Invoicing and payment information
Upon completion of registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation of registration via email with the instructions to request an invoice. Invoices will be issued in EUR.
Payments can be made via Credit/Debit card.
