Poster presentation guidelines (deadline 20 July 2027)
Submission Requirements
A 300-word abstract is required.
Abstracts should include:
- Background
- Objectives
- Methods
- Key results
- Conclusions
All posters will be peer-reviewed.
Poster Format
- Language: English
- Recommended size: A0 portrait (84.1 × 118.9 cm)
Suggested Layout
- Title and authors
- Introduction / Background
- Methods (concise)
- Results (figures, tables, short bullets)
- Conclusions and implications
- Contact details and affiliations (bottom or corner)
Design Tips
- Use large, readable fonts (title ≥ 72 pt; headings ≥ 36 pt; body ≥ 24 pt)
- Prefer figures over dense text. Keep text concise
- Use bullet points where possible
- Ensure strong colour contrast and avoid low-resolution images
Display Instructions
Poster boards will be pre-labelled.
Mount your poster in the designated time slots.
Posters left after the removal deadline may be discarded.
