
Paolo Migone, M.D., is editor of the Italian journal Psicoterapia e Scienze Umane (“Psychotherapy and the Human Sciences”), Co-chair of the Rapaport-Klein Study Group (Austen Riggs Center, Stockbridge, Massachusetts), a member of the Editorial Boards of the Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association and of Psychological Issues. He founded the Italian chapters of the Society for Psychotherapy Research (SPR) and of the Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration (SEPI). He is editor of several books and author, among others, of Terapia psicoanalitica (“Psychoanalytic Therapy”), of 1995 (new edition: 2010), and La terapia psicodinamica è efficace? Il dibattito e le evidenze empiriche (“Is Psychodynamic Therapy Effective? Discussion and Empirical Evidence”), of 2021.
